About EPGP in HR Management

The Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) in HR Management is a two-year master degree program offered in a blended mode vide a combination of the live synchronous session delivered to device and face-to-face classes organized on campus.     Please note that the above schedule may be subject to change and IIM Raipur may alter the schedule or conduct sessions on an extra day depending upon academic requirements.

    Further in person classes will be held on campus during the scheduled campus visits. The programme will commence with the first campus visit on 28 May 2023. The dates of the second on-campus immersion sessions will be scheduled towards the culmination of the programme and will be communicated in due course. Attendance to the On-Campus module is MANDATORY for all participants.

    Admission Process

    Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and subsequently clearing the online personal interview after due validation of required documentation will be extended an offer to enrol into this programme.

    Eligibility Criteria

    1. Indian Participants – Graduate/Bachelors degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or equivalent from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a minimum of 50%* marks overall.
    2. International Participants - Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent GPA.
    3. Minimum of 3 years of post qualification full-time work experience in Professional/Managerial/Entrepreneurial role as on 31st January 2024.
      Note*: That Training/Articleship etc. will not be considered as work experience.
    4. Minimum of 25 years of age as on 31st January 2024.
    Note*: The minimum academic requirement at Bachelor’s level or equivalent for SC, ST and PwD is 40% overall at a degree level. Eligibility remains at 50% marks for all other categories including General, EWS and NC-OBC.

    Documents Required

    2. Photo Id Proof (PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving license etc.)
    3. Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Driving license, Rent Agreement etc.)
    4. Educational Qualification (10th and 12th Marksheet and Degree Certificate/Transcript)
    5. Experience Certificates (Appointment Letter, Salary Slips or Relieving Letter etc.) OR for Business Owners (Minimum 2 yrs of ITR and GST Certificate)
    6. Other supporting documents like recent Caste Certificate, GPA equivalency certificate etc. as applicable.

    Screening Process

    Following criteria will be used for the initial screening of candidates:

    1. Academic performance at senior secondary level.
    2. Academic performance at Bachelors’ level or equivalent.
    3. Composite score for work experience varies on the basis of experience of the candidate as on 31st May, 2024.
    4. Diversity factor to be considered only when the prospective candidate is a woman or belongs to non-engineering background.
    Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not imply that the candidate is qualified to be called for an interview. However, the Institute reserves the right to decide on the number of times the candidate may be called for an interview.

    Online Personal Interview

    All candidates clearing the screening process will be required to appear before a panel for an online personal interview. Candidates will be evaluated on 5 parameters namely, Richness of Industry Experience, Communication Skills, Leadership Aptitude, Team Spirit and Ethical Orientation.

    Final Selection

    The final selection of candidates for enrolment into the programme is based on a composite score, computed based on two parameters, viz., Personal Interview (50%) and Candidate Profile (50%). The detail of weightages assigned to each parameter is as listed below.

    * The Deposit amount of Rs.20,000 is payable at application form submission. Payment of the Deposit amount does not, in any way, imply admission into the programme. In the event that the candidate does not clear the online personal interview round, the deposit amount of Rs.20,000 will be refunded in full to the candidate. Candidates who are selected for enrolment into the programme upon clearing the online Personal Interview may proceed to pay the remaining Term 1 fee as per the schedule above. On payment of the full Term 1 fee, the deposit amount of Rs.20,000 will be refunded back to the candidate.
